DIRECT ADVANTAGE CHECKING

Direct Advantage is available as a free account to employees of corporations and organizations that have an exclusive agreement with First Community Bank for direct deposit of employee payroll checks. If 10 employees of an organization will utilize direct deposit with First Community Bank, the employees are eligible for the Direct Advantage account.

	There is no monthly service charge for this account, and there is no minimum balance requirement.

	Direct Advantage checks are free to the customer. They receive 50% off any retail price in the Clarke-American check and accessories catalog.

	Customers may receive up to five Official Checks and five Money Orders each month with no issue fee. Free notary service is included with the account.

	$100.00 minimum deposit to open the account. A dormant account fee of $2.00 is charged monthly for those accounts showing no activity for a period of 12 months or longer.
