Checks. The customer may receive up to five official checks

The Basic Club Account costs $8.96 each
month. It provides $10,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment
insurance and $35,000 scheduled airline insurance. |

The Family Club Account cost $10.96
each month. It provides $20,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment
insurance for the member, $10,000 coverage for the spouse, and
$1,500 coverage for each dependent child. The scheduled airline
coverage for the member is $45,000. |
